You were invited spontaneously and you want to pamper your loved ones with a unique package? A friend is celebrating a birthday and you want to surprise them?

We will do everything we can to send your selection at the right time.

How do we do this? Very simply, we will contact the recipient of the package and coordinate with him personally, provided that the order is received by 12:00 (on the website or by phone) and an express delivery fee will be charged according to the area of ​​residence.

Urgent “Express delivery costs :

Packages can be sent from one day to the next in the central area of ​​Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Rishon LeZion, Holon, Bat Yam, Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya, Be'er Yaakov at a cost of 50 NIS - 100 NIS.

The days of distribution are between Sunday and Thursday.

An order will be accepted by phone or on the website until 12:00 and will be shipped by the end of the working day or the following day.

If you have indicated that you would like to receive the item by courier directly to your home, we will coordinate the arrival times with you in advance. Our commitment is to pack and deliver the item for you by the end of the current business day for orders placed by 12:00, and for orders placed after this time, the orders will be shipped the next business day.

The delivery time to which we commit is up to eight business days from the date of order.

(Rabbi's home delivery service reaches all parts of the country within 1-3 business days, except for exceptional sales events that slightly extend delivery days).

The various packages are sent by courier to the address specified at the time of ordering.

We will make every effort to ensure that the shipment reaches you/your loved one at the most appropriate time.

Shipping cost approximately 30 NIS for orders under 300 NIS

Of course, shipping is free on orders over 300 NIS and orders under 8 kg.

It should be emphasized that we cannot take any responsibility for delays related to the various shipping companies, but please remember that in case of any question or problem, we are here for you and at your disposal!

In the event that the shipping company is unable to deliver the shipment for any reason, we will notify you and work to find an alternative solution that is acceptable to both parties.
Please note:
Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, so it is recommended to choose a delivery to an address where you know you will be during these hours, for example your workplace address.

Delivery times and pricing for express shipping vary depending on the region.

An order placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following business day; Fridays and Saturdays are not considered business days.

Returns / Exchanges

“Tapo Tapo” will allow customers to make returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. The item was returned to us within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment at the customer's home or from the date of collection of the package from the warehouses at 28 Gruzenberg Street, Tel Aviv.
  2. The customer will bear the cost of shipping back to “Tapo Tapo”, along with an explanation of the reason for the return or exchange, transaction cancellation, and the order number.

Replacement shipping can be made on behalf of the company for an additional fee – 50 NIS for two-way shipping and 30 NIS for one-way shipping.

Exchanges can be made without additional shipping costs at the brand's store - Gruzenberg 28 Tel Aviv - within the framework of the exchange days defined for this purpose.

  1. The product has not been used, washed, or damaged and is being returned in its original packaging.
  2. "Tapo Tapo" will thoroughly review the case and if it is found appropriate to credit the customer, the credit will be made to the credit card with which the product was paid, with a deduction of 5% of the transaction amount as per law.
  3. In the event of a transaction cancellation by the customer, after billing (even if the shipment has not yet been shipped), the customer will be charged a transaction cancellation fee of 5% of the original transaction.

Any credit will be transferred to the credit card used to make the order only and in accordance with the credit company's schedules and procedures.

  1. A single product from a sent gift box cannot be returned.
  2. Financial credit will be made within 14 days of the transaction date.

  • A coupon code that provides more than a 10% discount on a first purchase / club member discount will be considered a sale purchase for all intents and purposes.

No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as gifts or promotions .
